Employment Law: HR expertise and administrative support to Practice and PCN managers from law change guidance through to core organisational documentation preparation from policies and handbooks to HR process and forms for adherence.
Generalist HR: Supporting in recruitment and selection (including psychometric testing), workforce planning and strategy, such as workforce skills matrix, task to time, staff pay modelling and reviews, items such as psychological wellbeing at work, just cultures through learning events management and freedom to speak up.
Organisational Development: ISO business continuity, ISO quality management systems (QMS), workforce planning, service redesign, digital projects, leadership development, quality control and regulatory compliance (CQC) preparedness, mediation and mitigation of HR risks.
Learning and Development: training, facilitative workshops (including Lego® serious play) which stimulate diversity in organisation dialogue and creates environments that are psychologically safe for employees. *Currently delivering the Level 7 CMI Leadership modules in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Workforce wellbeing, and Project management.
Medi-Hr® Ltd also has an HR Management solution (software) available to help manage HR strategy in line with business objectives.
Human Factors: Systems planning and transformation support (organisational change, digital implementation support, desktop research), patient safety and learning from events, health and safety executive compliance, investigations and recommendations.

PCN strategy and development
“It was pleasant not to site in a room and the trainer just talk at us, it was enjoyable to use a different medial to post-it-notes and white boards. On reflection, it was good using Lego for development, even though I was sceptical at first. The trainer was good, accommodating, varied opinions and cited early on about the importance of six thinking hats, which made me realise my views were being considered carefully during the session”.
“I thought the session around creating PCN working groups, better management of communications, emaisl, voting remotely and better use of board meeting strucutre was particularly useful. I did however enjoy the lefo part more later on, since the room got rather warm and the team were able to change tables and stand and be more creative. We did come up with a very good vision statement which I felt proud to contribute towards. I think Joanna, who facilited the session did very well to hear varied opinioins across the room and balancec them, she summarises particularly well too. I look forwards to the next session”.
