The Nelson Medical Practice is a dynamic, forward thinking and friendly practice and we have an exciting opportunity for a salaried GP to join our team as we are expanding our workforce.

We operate from a large modern purpose built building, based in Wimbledon with onsite imaging and phlebotomy. We have an experienced and stable clinical workforce and with a keen focus on high quality patient care. You would work as part of a multidisciplinary team you will support and care for a diverse patient group. As a large practice on a single site we have a strong emphasis on our team, for example ‘on calls’ are always managed by a team of GPs and allied health professionals and so you are always well supported.

We are a supportive teaching practice with a heavy emphasis on the development of all clinicians as evidenced by our in house mentorship programme. Because we are an innovative and forward thinking practice there are always opportunities to get involved in projects and develop leadership skills.

The Practice offers dedicated in house clinics for diabetes, minor surgery, family planning, postnatal and baby checks, and we welcome individuals with innovative ideas and the drive to continuously develop new services.

Whether you are a newly qualified GP or a more experienced GP looking to develop a specialist clinical interest you will be welcome in our friendly diverse team.
