The Exchange Surgery in Streatham is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated GP for 4-5 sessions per week, offering a salary 11k-12k per annum per session. This friendly training practice prioritises GP wellbeing and professional development and offers a supportive environment with opportunities for career growth. The team provides care to a diverse patient population of 7,300, with a focus on continuity of care, workload management, and holistic healthcare. The ideal candidate is driven and committed, with a potential opportunity for partnership.

• Our team comprises GP partners, GP retainers, GP trainees, a clinical pharmacist, practice nurse, physiotherapist, link workers, and administrative staff.
• We ensure a healthy work-life balance with a manageable work schedule and low home visit rate.
• Our appointments are flexible, supported by excellent administrative assistance
• We have a good CQC rating and have long-term locum arrangements.
• Our location is conveniently accessible with various commuting options.
