The Practice:
• PMS Practice – List size of 7500 patients, 3 GP Partners, 1 P/T Salaried GP, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 HCA and 2PCN Pharmacist, 1 Social Prescriber & ANP
• Purpose-built premises, spacious, well equipped.& Parking available
• Excellent skill mix with clinical pharmacist, physician associate and nursing team
• Weekly clinical meetings
• EMIS Webb / Docman – Fully computerised
• Practice rated ‘Good’ in all domains by CQC
We are looking for:
• A Part Time Salaried GP – 6 sessions per week
We would be happy for the candidate to work full day sessions or divide them over the week to accommodate other commitments
• An enthusiastic and innovative GP to join our forward thinking practice team
• A good team worker taking active part in the practice daily life including practice meetings, education programmes & PLTS.
• Involvement in QOF and population management to achieve our targets
