An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Practice Operations Manager at The Hoxton Surgery
We are a patient focused team committed to delivering excellent care to our list size of 9200 patients and are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Practice Operations Manager to join our progressive and hard-working team.
A friendly and supportive training practice, well-organised and high-performing 4-partners and 1 Salaried GP PMS practice.
The Hoxton Surgery is an active member of Shoreditch Park & City PCN and has been enabled to devise and develop services tailored to the needs of our patient community.
We are looking for a Practice Operations Manager with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, who is team focused, compassionate and will foster excellent team working and share our values and ethos.
As Practice Operations Manager you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the practice. You will act as a day-to-day Operational Manager; help manage the practice team and be responsible for the co-ordination of services.
This role is a great opportunity to candidates with primary care, secondary care, NHS commissioning backgrounds as well as non-NHS general operations management experience.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate clear leadership, operational management, strategic planning and high-level HR skills and experience.
Our CQC rating is Good.
