Are you a highly motivated, accomplished, productive and proactive manager?
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Practice Manager to join the team at The Fairfield Practice.
Replacing the current Practice Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for organisational and operational leadership, service improvement and delivering key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas.

A well-established 4 Partner training practice located in Charlton, Greenwich, South East London, we have a list size of 12,500 patients. An ambitious, positive, outward looking and forward-thinking practice dating back to the 1960s, we have a strong value of providing high quality, patient centred care to the local community. The 4 Partners work with a team of 2 Salaried GPs and a number of trainee GPs. A very effective and experienced nursing team includes 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 3 Practice Nurses and 2 Health Care Assistants. Members of the Blackheath and Charlton Primary Care Network, we are also supported by a team of Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists, Mental Health Workers and Care Coordinators.

Candidates must be conscientious and have proven leadership and management experience. In addition, a sound knowledge of finance, human resources and planning as well as effective communication skills at all levels is essential. Supported by excellent clinical and administrative teams, including a Finance Manager, the successful candidate will have vision, willingness and drive, be adaptable and efficient.
