This is a unique opportunity for our practices in the form of a fully funded Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship. The 15-month generic management apprenticeship is provided by Cherith Simmons and accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Apprentices will attend 16 live online trainer led workshops as well as completing an end point assessment. It is suitable for aspiring, new and experienced practice managers who are looking to gain new skills and knowledge whilst gaining a recognised qualification.
Londonwide LMCs are partnering with Cherith Simmons, who are rated “Good” by Ofsted, in helping to make the apprenticeship more general practice focused by incorporating our practice finance taught day and granting apprentices access to our 11 online modules from our General Practice Management (GPM) Training Programme at no extra cost to the apprentice/practice.
Cherith Simmons will be hosting two Q&A sessions that you can book onto. These are taking place on Wednesday 12 February 2025 at either 12pm-1pm or 3pm-4pm.
